Our football program will develop outstanding young student-athletes who will display excellence on the field, in the classroom, and around the community.
Titan Football Air is a football club run by the Poway High School head football coach, Kyle Williams, and is not affiliated with Poway High School football. Any funds raised by Titan Football Air are not allocated to the Poway High School football program and vice versa. The funds from Titan Air are used to fund summer camp expenses, coaches gear, and coaching stipends that the Poway High School football program and the district do not have the means to fund.
Titan Football Booster Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is dedicated to supporting the football program at Poway High School, also known as Poway High School Football.
The athletic clearance, including the physical completed by a doctor and Home Campus confirmation, are due no later than the first day of fall practice- July 31st. You may not attend the first practice on July 31st if your clearance is not complete. This is why we strongly urge you to complete this by June 9th- before the athletic office closes for the summer.
Visit the Poway High School website and click on the Athletics tab on the top. Next select the Athletic Clearance tab from the drop-down menu. This page will walk you through the athletic clearance process. You will find the required forms that must be printed and filled out at your child's physical and the link to complete the online athletic clearance on Home Campus. You will then need to bring in both your completed physical forms and athletic clearance confirmation into the Poway High School athletic office (before they close on June 9th) or before the first day of fall practice.
No, you do not need your athletic clearance for summer camp because it is not run by Poway High School football. You do need to fill out the waiver (found on the Titan Football Air website) and bring it to the first day of summer camp on June 12th.
June 12 is the first day of summer camp for all high school and middle school athletes.
4-6 pm @Poway High School football stadium, please arrive at 3:30 on the first day for check-in.
July 16-30th, 2023 is the mandatory dead period. Coaches may not have any contact with players during this time as regulated by CIF.
The Titan Football Discount Card is the largest and most important fundraiser for the Poway High School Football program. Cards are available for purchase at a cost of $20 each. Every player is expected to sell a minimum of 20 cards. 100% of the proceeds go back to the football program and we rely on these funds to keep our program running. Players will sell these cards for one month and the discounts will be good through July 31, 2024!
